The Task: An old, failing, pneumatic and manually operated 6 tonne press part of a critical production line needed to be converted to a hydraulic function (hydraulic power pack / hydraulic power unit) with a simple control panel. Delivery was critical.
The Solution: Hydraulics Online engineers designed, built and supplied the hydraulic power pack within three working days. The unit was installed and commissioned without a hitch and within less than a week had been proven to have increased output.
