The Roquet gear pumps range are used in a variety of applications, due to their long shelf-life and high performance. These hydraulic gear pumps and gear motors cover 0.5 l/min to 250 l/min at 1500 rpm. Both Roquet hydraulic gear pumps and motors are made with either aluminium or cast iron bodies and key components of the pump help to maximise life, efficiency, and minimise noise.

All Roquet gear pumps are tested with oil to ensure high performance, and a thorough cleaning process guarantees low contamination levels. Some of the features of each type of pump includes:

The filtration recommended on the suction line is 125 µ minimum, while the filtration recommended on the return line is 40 µ minimum. The rotation direction is either clockwise or anti-clockwise when facing the shaft end.

Filtration recommended in suction line: 125 μ minimum. Filtration recommended in return line: 25 μ minimum. Rotation direction: Clockwise or anti-clockwise when facing the shaft end.

The recommended filtration in the suction line is 125 μ minimum and in the return line 25 μ minimum. Rotation direction is either clockwise or counter-clockwise when facing the shaft end.

 

phpthumb_generated_thumbnail-5Roquet LZ Series Gear Pump: Operating at temperatures of up to 50°C. Oil temperature range – 20ºC – + 80ºC. Material used on the LZ series is aluminium. Also has flow rates from 6 l/min to 40 l/min (at 1500 rpm).

 

 

phpthumb_generated_thumbnail-6Roquet PGE Series Gear Pump: Operating at temperatures of up to 50°C. Oil temperature range – 20ºC – + 80ºC. Material used on the PGE series is cast iron. Also has flow rates from 31 l/min and 58 l/min (at 1500 rpm).
