Please thank all your staff for the parts we received from yourselves. We have a wide range of equipment, some of which is pretty old, and to be able to speak with someone who knew their stuff and knew our requirements was invaluable. The seal kits we required were from a valve block fitted to an old forklift (1998)… and to receive them two days later was excellent.
We sometimes struggle with manufacturers, some parts are not available anymore so we try and source by component type and manufacturers of the parts fitted to our equipment, and as we are an airport downtime is a big issue. Finding yourselves online was a big bonus for us!
