Continental HPV Series Axial Piston Pump – An axial piston pump which includes a variable volume with pressure compensated 200 to 3500 PSI (13.8 to 241 bar) under continuous use – up to 4000 PSI (276 bar) when used intermittently. SAE flange mounting: displacements include 0.88 / 1.26 / 2.09 / 2.62 and 3.78 inch³/rev. Features include: simple construction for long, dependable service, more contamination-tolerant than many pumps to improve dependability and reduce maintenance costs, quiet operation simplifies meeting system sound level standards, economical – low overall cost for a high performance variable volume pump and an efficient, energy-saving design.
Continental LPV Pump – An axial piston pump which includes a variable volume with an operating pressure of 3000 PSI (210 bar) and a flow at 1800 RPM 3.8 / 7.9 / 10.6 / 17.1 / 21.9 GPM. Displacements range 0.488 / 0.976 / 1.342 / 2.196 / 2.807 inch³/rev. The LPV series of pumps,are variable displacement axial piston pumps with variable swash block, suitable for applications with open loop circuits and intermediate pressures. Available in 5 nominal displacements. These pressure compensated pumps automatically adjust the output flow rate to maintain the set pressure.The maximum output flow can be limited via maximum volume adjustment screw. SAE J744 2-Bolt Mounting Flange. Available with four different types of Control Compensator options designed to meet your application or requirements.
Continental PVER Pump – A variable displacement vane pump direct spring, pressure compensated which includes displacements ranging 0.403 (6.6) – 0.69 (11.3) – 1.01 (16.6) – 1.422 (23.3) inch³/rev (cm³/rev). Flow rates include 3.0 (12.0)-5.2 (20.0)-7.6 (30.0)-10.7 (40.0) GPM (l/min). The PVER pumps are variable displacement vane pumps with direct pressure regulator governor spring for fast on/off response. The pump group is complete with hydrostatic axial compensation distribution plates that improve the volumetric efficiency and reduce wear of the components. The pressure regulator adjustable load spring keeps the pump group cam ring in eccentric position. When the delivery pressure equals the pressure corresponding to the spring setting, the cam ring is moved so to reduce the displacement, adjusting the flow rate to the values required by the system. In zero flow demand conditions, the pump delivers oil only to compensate any possible leakage, keeping the circuit pressure constant. The PVER pumps are available in four sizes with maximum displacement from 0.4 to 1.35 cu in/rev and with pressure regulator max setting values up to 500 PSI and 1000 PSI (standard).
Continental PVX Series Vane Pump – A PowerFlow™ vane pump, variable displacement and pressure compensated with a size range from 8 to 36 GPM @ 3000 PSI / 46 to 75 GPM @ 2500 PSI and a speed range 1150; 1450; 1750 RPM. These pumps deliver low noise and high performance at a competitive price. Other features include: continuous duty ratings, high efficiency at full flow, improved ring and vane wear, fast response and recovery times, reduced envelope size, improved controls with shock clipper and full horsepower transference to pump 2 on tandem mounted pumps.
Continental PVR Series Vane Pumps – A PowerFlow™ vane pump, variable volume and pressure compensated with sizes 4 to 70 GPM and a pressure of 1500 PSI, rated at full rated flow. PVR vane pumps outperform sensitive piston pumps in harsh environments, deliver faster response, and require less external compensation compared to fixed displacement designs, while computer-designed porting reduces noise at all pressure and flow levels.
