ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is the world’s largest developer of voluntary International Standards. ISO 9001 is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, adopting a process approach and continual improvement. Put simply, using ISO 9001 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services.
A recognised world authority
In 2013 we embarked on achieving ISO 9001 Quality Management accreditation through the British Standards Institution. We chose the BSI as a recognised world authority on management systems, accredited in their own right through UKAS.
In February 2014 we were certified by the BSI for operating a Quality Management System which meets the requirements of ISO 9001 for the supply of hydraulic equipment and components and the assembly and supply of power packs.
